Our background is in engineering and fabrication, and later in sales, marketing and management. We have been the ones who have to deliver, the ones who have to sell the delivery – and the ones who are responsible when things do not go to plan.

In every one of those roles we saw the same thing: the work was clear, but the people were missing. The right expertise existed – just not locally, not available right now, or not proven on the work that actually needed doing.

We never start with “what profile are you looking for?” We start with “what actually needs to be solved?”

That is why we founded TalentBridge in 2025: to make it simple for Norwegian industry to get engineering work done – with the right specialist, team or engineering company from around the world, managed from Norway.

Much of our work involves drawings, calculations and bids that clients do not want competitors to see – and capacity gaps they would rather not advertise.

That is why we never publish client names or projects without written consent. You get the same discretion when you send us something.

We are happy to share references directly, in a conversation, when you are considering us for a specific assignment.
